When a Taco Bell drive-thru customer in Missouri realized his order didn't include any hot sauce, he returned to the restaurant and allegedly aimed a shotgun at an employee. Upon seeing the weapon, the frightened worker fled from the drive-thru window and called the police. The police later arrested Jeremy Combs, a 30-year-old convicted felon. Upon questioning by the Lee’s Summit Police Department, combs stated that he became angry when he returned home and discovered that the Taco Bell employee had forgotten to include hot sauce with his order. A search of Comb's residence later revealed a shotgun hidden under a mattress in Comb's bedroom.
A British woman was attacked in a supermarket on the popular Spanish resort island of Tenerife. Tenerife is the largest and most populous of the seven Canary Islands. According to eyewitnesses, a 28-year-old unemployed Bulgarian man, attacked a 60-year-old British woman with a knife and then fled into the street with the severed head in his hands. The attack occurred without warning and appeared to be random. Security guards from the supermarket chased after the man across the road and pinned him to the ground. The suspect, identified as Deyan Valentinov, was reported to have received psychiatric treatment at a local hospital in February after being involved in previous violent incidents.
Authorities say that Timothy James Chapek had broken into a Portland house and was showering when he realized that the owner of the house had returned. Chapek called 9-1-1 and reported to dispatchers that he had broken into the house and was worried that the homeowner outside the bathroom door might have a gun and two German shepherds. Meanwhile, the homeowner also called 9-1-1.
